This visa is divided into two categories.


The skilled employees are eligible for the points-based permanent residence visa stream.


You will be permitted to live and work anywhere in Australia if you are granted this visa.


The second visa stream is for New Zealand nationals who have lived in Australia continuously for five years prior to applying for this visa.
